Application Process
Scholarship applications will be submitted via google form by clicking the “application” button below. In the google form, you will need to upload your applicant picture, two letters of recommendations, and applicable transcripts. If you have any issues, please email us at director.whcocf@gmail.com. Printable PDF applications are available by request. Applications will be reviewed and winners will be selected by our Grants & Scholarship Committee. *All scholarships except Security State Bank Scholarship will fall under “Scholarship Application”.
