Rosa has lived in Leoti since 1979. She and her husband live on farm south of town and have one son. Rosa serves as a loan officer at Security State Bank and believes that, in order to maintain a thriving and vibrant local culture, future leaders should be nurtured so they can keep our way of life viable and engaging for residents.
