Carlotta is a lifetime resident of Wichita County and has spent her entire married life as a farm wife while raising her son. She is presently married to Melvin Baker. When Carlotta first came to the WCCF Board, she did not know much about the work of the foundation but has since become a passionate advocate for it and what it can mean to the community.
